October 19, 2019, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM @ Dutch Branch Park (behind the Benbrook YMCA)
The Benbrook Heritage Fest “Cowboy Roundup” is an annual celebration of our western heritage. We'll have great activities for all ages, including hay wagon rides, Campfire Storytime, a petting zoo, trick roper, bounce house, face painters and balloon art. For photo opportunities, we'll have our “Punkin’ Patch” and the Heritage Fest “Jail.”
Artisan vendors, local businesses and non-profit organizations also will be present to showcase their products and services. Be sure to bring your appetite, too, because a variety of food trucks will be there offering barbecue, Tex-Mex, cone pizza, kettle corn, funnel cakes and more.
This year’s entertainment is headlined by The Western Flyers, a talented trio performing a great mix of western swing, vintage country and hot jazz music.
Best of all, admission is FREE. So dust off your boots and plan to join us from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 19 at Dutch Branch Park, 1899 Winscott Road. For more information, call Cathy Morris, 817-249-6090.
