The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) reports the following: 

1.      OPEN TODAY! The southbound left-turn lane from Benbrook Boulevard to Mercedes opened today (9/6).

2.      COMING SOON! The Benbrook Boulevard -Sproles intersection will be seeing improvements soon. The contractor is removing barrier, installing new striping and other clean-up activities today.  The traffic signals will then be adjusted and the intersection will be opened up.  This will reopen the northbound left-turn lane from Benbrook Boulevard to Sproles and also add lanes on the side between QuikTrip and Valero.
