The first public hearing for the proposed budget is scheduled for August 21, 2014. The second public hearing is scheduled for September 4, 2014. The proposed budget hearings will be conducted during the regular City Council meetings, which start at 7:30 PM., Benbrook City Hall, 911 Winscott Road.
