The City of Fort Worth Public Works department is closing portions of Lakeside Drive, from Dirks Road in Fort Worth to the Benbrook city limit, generally ending at the emergency overflow of Benbrook Lake.

Fort Worth crews will overlay asphalt along that portion of the roadway.Work will commence on Monday, July 22nd, and is expected to be continue through Thursday, July 25th.

That portion of Lakeside Drive will be closed to through traffic, allowing only for residents of the area, and golf course patrons, to enter and exit as needed.
