Benbrook Heritage Fest
Each year in late September or early October, the City of Benbrook hosts the Annual Heritage Fest, welcoming several thousand visitors for a free celebration of the community’s western heritage. Held at Dutch Branch Park, this family-friendly event features great food, mechanical bull riding, a petting zoo, competitions, artisan vendors, face painting, sand art, live music, and more. Join us for a full day of fun, tradition, and community spirit.
Benbrook's Artisans and Farmers Market
Benbrook’s Artisan and Farmers Market is a seasonal community event held on the first Sunday of each month from March through December at Dutch Branch Park. The market features local vendors offering fresh produce, baked goods, meats, cheeses, handcrafted goods, and other unique items providing an opportunity for residents to support local businesses and enjoy fresh, seasonal products. Each month, more than 100 vendors showcase their offerings.
Benbrook's Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Fireworks Show
Each December, the Annual Tree Lighting in Benbrook brings the community together for a festive evening at Dutch Branch Park. The celebration features a spectacular fireworks show synchronized to music, creating a magical holiday atmosphere for families and visitors. Following the show, the city unveils its enchanting Winter Wonderland, a month-long light display that captures the true spirit of the season. This cherished tradition marks the beginning of holiday celebrations throughout the community.
Photos with Mr. and Mrs. Claus
In December, the Benbrook Fire Department hosts Photos with Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus, creating a festive opportunity for families to capture holiday memories. All proceeds from this special event benefit The Spirit of Christmas, helping support local families in need throughout the season.
Benbrook YMCA and Lighted Par 3 & Range Bunny Trail
Celebrate spring at the Benbrook YMCA and Lighted Par 3 & Range Bunny Trail featuring a festive path of fun booths and activities leading from the Benbrook YMCA to Benbrook Lighted Par 3 & Range. Families can enjoy a bounce house, music, free hot dogs, lemonade, and photos with the Easter Bunny at the trail’s final stop. This cheerful community event offers a fun-filled day for children and families to welcome the season together.
Touch-A-Truck
Each spring, the City of Benbrook hosts Touch-A-Truck, a fun and interactive event for families and children of all ages. Guests can explore a variety of service trucks and specialty vehicles while meeting the dedicated individuals who protect and serve the community. This hands-on experience offers an exciting day of discovery, learning, and family fun.
